Upon arrival, the presence of floor dryers by the side entrance raised suspicions about recent water issues, potentially signaling poor maintenance. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. dusty corners and visibly stained curtains made the space feel unkempt, and we even found an exposed carpet nail that posed a safety concern. Requests for housekeeping and extra towels went unanswered, and the pull-out couch wasn’t equipped properly for use, which dampened overall comfort. Parking fees added an unexpected burden, with $23 for self-parking and $29 for valet service coming off as steep, especially when we assumed the hotel would have a more straightforward solution. The cold pool experience didn’t help either, leaving a lot to be desired for families looking for a respite.
